All prices are quoted in Omani Rial (OMR) and are subject to change without prior notice. Payment must be made in full before the commencement of any services unless otherwise agreed.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service. Refunds will be processed as per our refund policy, which is available upon request.

5. Liability

New Falcon Automotive Center is not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Vehicle must be accepted within 30 days of delivery date. After 30 days the authority will notbe aware of the vehicle .
